KPMG is currently seeking a Manager - Innovation Consultant (Technology) to join our Ignition (pmg.us/growth-strategy/ignition.html) team within our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop design thinking-based solutions, that help internal and external stakeholders solve complex business issues including project management, stakeholder management, and financial management

+ Collaborate with senior executives of clients and KPMG leadership to plan sessions, including scoping session objectives, designing an effective approach, coordinating operations and logistics as well as preparing materials and inputs

+ Lead client sessions, including facilitating exercises, capturing session outputs and contributing to a seamless client experience

+ Create high-quality deliverables and assist in creating follow-up communications, case studies and strategic intelligence; execute facilitation techniques and design thinking methodologies to help clients solve complex business challenges

+ Support team leads with client relationships, business development efforts and go-to-market activities; work closely but independently under the direction of Directors and Partners; collaborate and work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, and fast-paced environment

+ Maintain and advance an understanding of technology trends and business applications; support development activities by connecting assets with client experiences

Qualifications:

+ Minimum five years of recent experience delivering professional services and emerging technologies like AI, Advanced Analytics, Cloud and Automation capabilities

+ Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook; able to learn new analytical and virtual collaboration tools such as Mural

+ Passion in solving complex problems and comfort in collaborating with teammates; capability to understand business challenges and construct meaningful workshop structures and materials to help enable the client to achieve a desired outcome

+ Ability to apply well developed research and analytical skills to find fact-based data, including "facts that matter most", using a broad array of resources and analytical tools; able to manage senior stakeholders and distill key points as well as to deal with complexity and ambiguity

+ Travel may range from 50% - 80% at times

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
