What Winning Looks Like:
Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
Communicate effectively with Internet customers and prospects via phone, e-mail or in person
Handle all incoming internet sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Build strong rapport with customers
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers
Attend product and sales training as requested by Sales Manager
Realize that business is built on customer service and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers
Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Maintain high CSI score
Skills Needed to Win:
Previous customer service experience is required, dealership experience preferred
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
Possess superior customer focused communication skills
Must have a clean & valid driver's license, along with reliable transportation
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
