An investment group is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. This person needs to be professional, proactive, and a hard-worker. This is an onsite position M-F 9am-5pm and looking to interview and hire asap.

Responsibilities:

- Expense reports

- Order office supplies/groceries

- Orders catering

- Plans conferences/events

- Calendar management

- Document management

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams

- Plus if experienced in Intralinks, Salesforce, or Sharepoint (not required)

Requirements:

- 5+ years of Administrative experience

- Must come from a banking/financial services background

- Must be professional and proactive
