La risorsa verrà inserita nella Direzione “Persone & Organizzazione”, nell’Area “Gestione Persone & Talent Acquisition” e svolgerà le seguenti attività: (i) stesura di reportistica di progetto e relativa documentazione di sintesi; (ii) collaborare con le varie strutture aziendali per garantire il monitoraggio dei KPI qualitativi e quantitativi legati alle tematiche di D&I; (iii) attività di benchmarking con il mercato esterno e scouting a supporto dello sviluppo del piano di diversità; (iv) monitoraggio del flusso di segnalazioni e suggerimenti provenienti dal canale interno all’azienda; (v) supporto operativo nella gestione delle comunicazioni con partner/fornitori e nei rapporti di collaborazione con associazioni ed enti no profit di riferimento.
Requisiti
La risorsa ideale possiede una laurea in discipline umanistiche, sociali, giuridiche e/o economiche ed ha maturato un’esperienza pregressa di 2/3 anni in ambito risorse umane presso contesti aziendali mediamente strutturati, società di consulenza o nel terzo settore. Si richiede la conoscenza di project management, capacità di interazione con team trasversali e uno spiccato interesse verso le tematiche di inclusione e sostenibilità sociale. Completano il profilo capacità la proattività, la precisione e la capacità di lavorare per obiettivi. Il ruolo richiede la conoscenza del Pacchetto Office ed un livello di lingua inglese fluente.
