Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hr

Shift: Rotating Dupont schedule, days and nights

What's a typical day as Material Handler? You'll be:

• Moving materials, products, and goods within the production facility by reading work/transfer orders and executing both physical and system movements.
• Performing cycle counts and shipping of finished goods/materials.
• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operating production equipment according to established guidelines.
• Actively participating in safety programs and upholding a strong safety culture.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, including performing equipment inspections and general housekeeping.
• Assisting in other areas as needed and completing tasks as directed by management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of material handling experience in a manufacturing setting (required).
• Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Are able to operate lift trucks, cranes, and other material handling equipment.
• Can follow established written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Have basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Understand manufacturing management systems and ERP software (SAP experience preferred).
• Are a team player, a proactive self-starter, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
