Material Handler (Outbound)

Pay Rate: $15.60/hr Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Summary of Role: Protech Staffing is currently hiring Material Handlers to support outbound warehouse operations by receiving, picking, shipping, and building pallets. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, pick, ship, and build pallets for outbound orders
Assist with outbound warehouse operations
Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for shipment or production
Perform basic data entry in CTDI systems using a PC
Put away and pull equipment and/or parts
Meet or exceed daily production goals (80% or higher)
Maintain quality and accuracy standards
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Perform tasks in a high-speed, high-volume environment
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for extended periods of time
Perform repetitive movements throughout the shift

Qualifications & Requirements:

High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Ability to navigate basic computer applications (MS Office or similar)
Reliable attendance and ability to work full shift schedule
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Safety shoes not required

Work Environment:

Warehouse / distribution environment Fast-paced, production-driven setting
