Through the collaborative efforts of an interdisciplinary team, our members receive person-centered services aimed at improving the functionality and practical application of social, financial, and emotional skills. In addition, we work to build partnerships with our community to enrich the lives of our members by creating lasting opportunities that will strengthen relationships for a lifetime. Our programs include, but are not limited to, Community Day Services, Community Living, Adult Behavior Analytic Services, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care.Purpose:To provide behavior analytic services to members in their homes and center for day service.Part Time Position available to service Ardmore CILA, Westtown CDS, and Kruger CDS locations.Essential Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments. Develop Individual Behavioral Support Plans (BSP). Train agency staff members on how to implement BSP and data collection procedures, using evidence-based training procedures. Facilitate on-going data collection and data analysis. Complete on-going behavioral observation and functional interviews across environments and caregivers (minimally two times per location per month). Responsible for timely of reports and clinical documentation. Participate in Behavioral Management and Human Rights Committee Meetings. Participate in annual person-centered planning meetings. Attend psychiatric reviews of psychotropic medications.
