Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join a 7-year DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy located in New Orleans, LA . The Network Admin will be responsible for configuration changes/new configurations of router, switches, firewalls as well as troubleshooting and handling incident escalations for network outages.
Responsibilities for the Network Administrator include:
•Assist with Network Admin support
•Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues

•Meet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering calls

Compensation for the Network Administrator include:
•Salary Range: $90,000-1$20,000 depending on years of experience and certifications
