We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.

Team Introduction

Our mission is to provide the best in class WMS (Warehouse Management System) to support the rapid growth of TikTok Ecommerce Fulfillment business through providing end to end product solutions to improve warehouse operation efficiency and lower operation costs.

1. Responsible for product design and planning of the Warehouse Management System (WMS);

2. Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of warehouse management and cross dock center management and systems in different countries, develop and enhance the core logistic and supply chain systems to support the domestic and cross border e-commerce business.

3. Cooperate with the e-commerce product and operation, logistic operation, data, algorithm and other related teams to design, implement and promote WMS for international e-commerce markets.

4. Continue to drive product upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the Tiktok e-commerce business. Contribute to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, minimum of 5 years of system product planning and functional design experience in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Distribution Management System (DMS)

2. Proficient understanding of warehouse management, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, cross border logistics, domestic logistics and other related industries.

3. Has in-depth understanding of at least one module of WMS or DMS system - master data management, inbound management, inventory management, outbound management, warehouse automation etc.

4. Good data sense, familiar with product prototype design using Xmind/Axure/figma etc. be able to produce PRD and work with the engineering team directly

5. Excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and system project management skills.

6. Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Cross region and cross culture work experience.

2. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199000 - $393000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
