About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Treasury to play a pivotal role in building and leading a treasury team that strategically supports the organization's goals. This executive will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including capital allocation strategies, capital market transactions, banking relationships, cash management, risk management, and treasury analytics. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with various functional teams, participate in senior leadership committees, and actively contribute to the human capital development within the treasury function. Strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders, are also a key aspect of the role.Applicants for the Vice President of Treasury position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in progressively more responsible treasury-oriented roles. Outstanding financial acumen, exposure to all facets of the treasury function, and a sophisticated understanding of how treasury operations impact the business are essential. The role requires a leader with strong strategic thinking, execution abilities, and a hands-on management style. Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to work in multi-cultural settings with sensitivity to different cultural contexts are also necessary. An undergraduate degree is required, and an MBA is a significant plus.
