Receptionist/Count Room Clerk (GA, Marietta)GA, Marietta

Responsibilities:
+ A high regard for customer service and employee relations
+ Ability to support incoming customer calls using multi-line switchboard and resolve issues in a timely manner.
+ Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, word etc.
+ Accurate data entry with the ability to recognize and fix errors.
+ Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
+ Examine and distribute documents and correspondence as needed.
+ Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
+ Work on other tasks and special projects as requested.
+ Count room collections.
Qualifications:
+ Ability to learn new software applications easily.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
+ Planning, organizing and time management skills.
+ Information gathering and planning skills.
+ Problem solving skills.
+ Good keyboarding skills
+ Team player – must work well with others.
+ Confidentiality
+ Able to add and subtract
Education/Experience :
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
Requirements:
+ Must be able to pass drug screening.
+ Must be able to consent to a background check.
Position Information:
+ Status: Full-Time
+ Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
+ Pay: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr (based on experience)
