As the Director of Practice Operations, you will oversee critical operational functions, streamline efficiency, and optimize patient care in our ambulatory care settings. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ambulatory care, leading a dedicated team of professionals to achieve operational excellence and improve patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage and direct all functions and practices of Ambulatory Services, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery systems.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans, policies, and programs to meet the needs of patients, providers, and the organization.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other disciplines, participate in service design, and maintain positive working relationships.
Patient Care: Ensure optimal patient care aligns with the organization's mission, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual operating and capital budget, monitor operating revenue and expenses, and implement cost control programs.
Staff Development: Select, train, evaluate, and manage staff in accordance with Human Resources policies, encouraging professional growth and continuous development.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree required.
Seven years of progressive healthcare/administrative leadership experience in ambulatory services.
In-depth knowledge of outpatient services principles, methods, materials, and equipment.
Strong organizational, management, planning, and budgeting skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in a union environment is desired.
Commitment to the mission, philosophy, and objectives of the organization.
