Requirement

: Program Manager - Department of Defense

Job Description:

Forge is seeking a qualified, full-time program manager to provide program management support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. The candidate will provide oversight management of all activities performed by Forge personnel, including subcontractors and will serve as the primary interface with the government client and technical points of contact. The candidate will provide all management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution for all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

:

Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):

Provide project management support. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including Subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of all Contractor personnel as well as Subcontractors and teaming partners.

Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution of deliverables and ensure they stay on schedule and within cost.

Institute and maintain industry best practices, standards, processes, and methodologies in overseeing contractor staff to ensure deliverables and services are meeting the Government's requirements.

Notify the CORs and technical points of contact if they encounter any technical, security, financial, personnel, or general managerial problems throughout the performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

The Candidate must be able to think strategically and act tactically and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

We are looking for candidates with solid project management and leadership skills with previous experience leading government contracting teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

US Citizen.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related fields.

Top Secret security clearance.

Project Management Certification.

Seven (7) years of project management, preferably in DoD contracting.

Experience applying project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience using project management software.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in business administration, project management, or related fields.

Ten (10) years of project management, preferably in DoD contracting.

Five (5) + years of experience directly supporting DoD initiatives in OUSD (I&S).
