Your Role
As a Front Desk Associate at Formosa Foods, your responsibilities will include:
Auditing invoices, routes, and order lists
Inputting orders and making necessary adjustments
Delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients
Performing office administration and filing tasks
Completing other duties as assigned by managers
What We Are Seeking
The ideal candidate should:
Be fluent in both Spanish and English
Possess outstanding interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Have the ability to make decisions, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks
Have intermediate computer skills
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
Have a knack for multitasking
Meet hiring eligibility requirements, including a background investigation and drug screen
