Summary:
As a Hubspot Administrator in a company within our network, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's use of the Hubspot platform for email marketing and marketing automation. This includes managing contacts, creating and executing automated marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing metrics, and providing training and support to other members of the organization. The Hubspot Administrator will work closely with other members of the marketing team and other departments within the organization to ensure that the organization is utilizing the platform to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Hubspot for email marketing and automation
Design and execute automated campaigns, analyze metrics, and report to management
Collaborate cross-departmentally, improve processes, stay updated on trends, and provide training and support
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing or a related field
Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing principles and best practices
Strong experience with Hubspot platform and its features
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, lead nurturing, lead scoring is a plus
Experience with a specific industry is a plus.
