Currently, we’re looking for a Specialist, Digital Platforms.
What you’ll do…
Digital media has an increasingly pivotal role in delivering creative solutions to even the toughest briefs. As a part of our growing Digital Platforms team, you’ll work to develop and activate digital campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, optimize the campaigns for success, and use the learnings and insights to fuel what’s next.
This position is based in Atlanta and is a hybrid model role with in-office workdays on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
You are…
Living and breathing the overarching strategy
Work with our planning and strategy teams to understand the client objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes
Inform and utilize Comms Strategy inputs (competitive, consumer, category, etc.) to define role of digital platforms
Develop digital plans across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, aligning with business and comms objectives, determining platform priorities, creative strategy, and measurement framework
Contribute to quarterly testing roadmaps and evaluate alphas/betas/new partners
Maintain awareness and understanding of tech and industry capabilities to help evaluate and evolve data and tech partners
Connect digital strategy to other paid and non-paid channels (sponsorships, OOH, CRM, TV, email, organic social etc.) to encourage more insightful and intentional campaign planning and execution
Bringing the work into the world
Activate campaigns through various platforms ( The Trade Desk, DV360 , CM, SA360, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest ) and maximize media performance through ongoing optimizations
Contribute to ongoing quality assurance process to ensure all aspects of a campaign’s creative, settings, budget parameters, brand safety needs etc. are met
Day-to-day budget management, pacing, partner management and billing
Actively merchandise wins/learnings across agency and clients
The necessary skills include…
2-3 years of digital media experience, 1+ year of campaign activation experience in paid search, programmatic, and/or paid social specifically
Well versed in partner UI ’ s including but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, 4C, The Trade Desk, DCM, DV360, Crimson Hexagon, NetBase
Working knowledge of research tools like ComScore, Nielsen, Simmons etc.
Proficient in asset trafficking to ensure accuracy and create reasonable timelines and expectations for deliverables
Basic understanding of site tagging and analytics platforms like Omniture and Google Analytics
Experience in analyzing campaign data to consult on optimizations and adjustments within the campaign flights and translating learnings for upcoming campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bonus experience: working across various internal teams (Media, Account, Creative, Production) to both understand the overall plan/moving pieces, and guide/inspire work where needed
