Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Identify and understand clients' staffing needs, and work with the recruitment team to develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
Monitor and manage the performance of placements to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
Work with the recruitment team to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to management.
Actively engage in networking activities to build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes, and developments to provide insight and guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the staffing industry.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ability to identify and understand clients' staffing needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business trends and opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other business software applications.
