Job Description Job Description POSITION PURPOSE
Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Operations Admin is responsible for various administrative tasks related to operations such as records management, logistics, and other administrative support required for deployments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, High School GED required.
Experience: Previous administrative and customer service related experience required.
Licensure/Certification: None required.
Required Skills: Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Extremely detail-oriented and precise. Ability to take initiative and problem solve. Proficient in Office 365 applications. Bilingual in Tagalog is preferred.
CONTACTS/INTERACTIONS
All positions of AG&P Americas Inc. are part of an interdisciplinary team and, as such, participate in the care and service delivery process through effective interaction with other team members. Primarily interacts with Company staff and Vendors. Reports to the Operations Manager.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Frequent: standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching & climbing.
Occasional: sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, & twisting.
Visual and hearing acuity is required; Work is both inside and outside.
Some coordination work with Manila or other international locations will require outside-of-normal work hours from time to time.
Travel: Up to 25% travel time is required to support workers deployments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Assist with the use of the Deployment Tracker by inputting the necessary data entry details for deploying workers.
2. Assist with the necessary Logistics and Operational administrative tasks as directed.
3. Coordinates with HR and local bank to set up/pickup/shipping of TFW bank packets before deployments.
4. Assist with pickup/drop off workers and take them to required locations during the deployment process.
5. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored in SharePoint.
6. Provide assistance/coordination/research with TFW logistics.
7. Organize task lists/calendar for project related responsibilities.
8. Demonstrates professional conduct and complies with Company policies and procedures.
9. Maintains employee confidentiality.
10. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
