What You Will Do
Guidehouse is supporting the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to implement significant organizational change. Guidehouse is looking for team leads to help transform NASA for success over the next 20 years.
Responsibilities
Develop operating concepts, operations models, and governance models
Facilitate client meetings, interviews or work groups around key topics such as: strategy, organization structure, budget, people, process, infrastructure, and technology
Work collaboratively in a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of operations
Work with diverse stakeholder to drive towards consensus
Lead the development of work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client implementation
Develop business process improvements to existing programs
Provide change management recommendations to clients
Develop communications and executive presentations for agency leadership
Assume responsibility for managing senior level clients
What You Will Need
3+ years of strategy & operations experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
What Would Be Nice To Have
Experience in Federal consulting
Experience with transformational programs
