We are looking for an eligible physician to join our pain management practice, Pure Wellness Clinic , and provide patients with high-quality treatment, prescription management, and diagnostic services.

Hours of operation from 8am to 4pm and 15 to 30 patients to be expected daily on a 5 day week

Will be managing prescriptions of chronic pain patients with a history of receiving Schedule II drugs and narcotics

Patients will have X-rays and be drug tested.

Applicants must have a valid Medical license and DEA license in Texas with good standing. They will be responsible for prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens, and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery from diagnosed health issues, prevent future health issues, and/or promote a healthier life.

Full time and part-time contracts are available with 4 hour shifts

Responsibilities for Physician

Work with the pain care team to provide patients with Pain management within the standard of care for pain management patients.

Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions.

Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients and ensure that all allergy information is up-to-date before prescribing medication/treatment.

Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help to treat the health issue they are experiencing.

Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, ongoing quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws.

Record complete, timely, and legible medical records.

EMR systems that will be used is Tebra and Doctor First

Qualifications:

License/Certification:

Medical License

Board Certified

Current DEA and DPS number

Licensed in the State of Texas

Access to DPS System
