The Sales Manager at ABC Legal is a critical business role that identifies areas of opportunity and ensures our leaders are prepared to quickly act on insights to accelerate business outcomes and client satisfaction. You are an analytical thought leader with exceptional relationship, communication and coaching skills who has a proven track record of creating insight through analysis in complex and ever-changing business environments and matrixed organizations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for ABC Legal Services
* Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals
* Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
* Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
* Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
* Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
**Qualifications:**
* 3-5 years relevant experience in sales; Management experience preferred
* Strong organizational awareness, business acumen, strategic insights and sales planning
* Must be adaptable, customer focused, results driven and collaborative
* Ability to initiate and embrace change and influence meaningful impact
* Strong business analysis skills; understand financials, sales processes and key performance indicators
* Working knowledge of the enterprise software market
* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications
* Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
