What does a sales and service representative do?

+ Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals

What skills and qualifications are needed in this role?
+ Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required
+ Must have experience in a performance-based environment (i.e. individual sales goals and metrics)
+ Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs
+ Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service
+ Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns
+ Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
There will be additional incentives such as quarterly bonus payouts based off sales performance.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:30pm
Training Start Date: July 15th
