About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategy to join their dynamic team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in delivering high-quality work for life science industry clients and driving the growth of department and agency capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evolution and innovation of new approaches and services, as well as fostering staff growth and thought leadership within the organization. Strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in new business initiatives are also key aspects of the role.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of total business experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare marketing or communications agency roles.
