**What You Will Do** **:**
Guidehouse is seeking a strong Manager to join our Defense & Security Segment, where they will support workforce analysis and facilitate model experiments focused on new workforce model concepts for a renowned Research and Development (R&D) client. The Workforce Operating Model Managing Consultant will lead a workstream of Senior Consultants and/or Consultants to use insights gained from organizational baselining and benchmarking activities to run several operating model component experiments (some concurrently), and measure model results. The Managing Consultant is expected to be able design experiments and generate reporting results.
**What You Will Need** **:**
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ FIVE (5) + years’ of relevant experience supporting science and technology-based organization(s) and/or human capital strategic initiatives, including TWO (2) + years’ of project management
+ Experience leading projects related to workforce transformation or workforce operating model design and testing
+ Ability to work onsite at client location (Arlington, VA)
+ Ability to travel as needed
**What Would Be Nice To Have** **:**
+ An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
+ A Master’s Degree in Business or a STEM-related field of study
+ Commercial or Government human capital experience in an R&D organization
+ Strong problem solving skills
+ Experience directly interfacing with federal government clients in high levels of leadership
+ Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
+ Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
