The Corporate Business Project Manager will oversee various responsibilities across multiple departments. This position will be overseeing all office administrative operations for multiple locations throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
Develop high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives and initiatives across multiple departments
Oversee effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning to manage project workload
Maintain project plans, goal-tracking documents, and related materials
Coordinate and schedule meetings internally and/or with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Act as the project leader in the establishment of an extensive company-wide training program by working with various departments to identify and address their training needs
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Work closely with executives and external law firms to establish company legal documents
Be the primary contact for all insurance matters and documents
Support security and Facility operations
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field
Minimum 5 years experience in a business management or project management role
advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process
Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications (HUGE plus but not required)
Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple projects, activities, and resources at the same time
