The ideal candidate will possess the following: User-Focus: User-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing pain points, delivering value, and ensuring a positive user experience

Strategic Planning and Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop a comprehensive roadmap that aligns product goals with HL's vision and objectives

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges, resolve conflicts, and make decisions that drive product success

Product Vision: Strong vision for the product and the ability to communicate and inspire others with that vision and create and manage product roadmaps that prioritize features and align with business goals and client needs

Requirements Gathering: Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with and through other groups, including business, technology, operations, analytics, legal and compliance

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, facilitate decision-making, and drive consensus among stakeholders

Results-Oriented : Ability to take accountability and drive successful outcomes

Technical Aptitude: Understanding of technical concepts and technologies relevant to the product, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and evolving user needs

Prioritization: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
