Performs problem formulation, requirements analysis, and planning
Performs large-scale experimentation and build data-driven models to answer business questions
Develops predictive models using statistical techniques and machine learning
Presents and communicates results back to the business to enable better decision making
Provides support through the implementation of the new insights to ensure insights are meeting the needs of the business and creating the expected value
Evangelizes best practices to analytics teams throughout the business
Performs other duties as assigned
Leading candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required
Minimum Four (4) Years of experience with data mining, data science, predictive modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
Proven experience in conducting statistical analysis and building models with advanced scripting languages such as R, Python, SAS and other analytic tools
Demonstrated familiarity with big data environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (GCP is preferred) and applying frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
Experience building, identifying & measuring success criteria, and deploying predictive models
Broad experience and solid theoretical foundation on the modeling processes using a variety of techniques
Desire to seek and share new developments, technologies, tools and advancements in data science
Considerable experience in solving business problems with advanced analytical solutions
