We are currently hiring Estimators, more specifically in the data cabling field. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Houston Area. Qualified candidates will send an updated resume for consideration. Interviews are currently underway.
Job Duties:
· Prepares cost estimates from design conception to basic design as requested for project purposes
· Read through government-oriented manuals, documentation, and specifications manuals for projects.
· Evaluating specifications/drawings and making sure the quote is up to code
· Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff for scope of work.
· Identify any unique quality control provisions or safety requirements for the project and incorporate related costs into bid.

Qualifications:
· Some experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
· Strong communication skills internally and with clients
· Experience in a sales position including quoting projects.
· Ability to read and understand plans and specifications and prioritize, complete, and address tasks in a timely manner
· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
· Construction experience preferred.
· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
Compensation:
· Option to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
· Starting pay $20/hr. - $25/hr. based on experience
· Weekly Pay
· Referral Bonuses of up to $250 for referrals that result in a placement (Ask for details!)
