Camper Van Builder/Assembly Technician - Adventure Enthusiast Greetings to all applicants! We are looking for a full-time builder and in this role, your typical week may look like spending four days in our shop assembling components for our camper van conversions. You’ll take the cut parts from our CNC machine and build components using hand tools - nail guns, sanders, and routers - to create the furniture that will be installed in our camper vans. You’ll complete your work with a high degree of quality and attention to detail, you’ll be a problem solver and a champion of safety. You’ll also spend a day installing components into a camper van and interacting with our customers, aka Wayfarians, that day. You may get to introduce them to their van, educate them on how to recreate responsibly, and inspire them as they start their adventure in a camper van. You’ll also have plenty of time for your own outdoor adventures with options to work a flex schedule and enjoy a three-day weekend every week, or if you stick to the five-day workweek, you can head out at 1 pm on Fridays.
