Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Medical Biller at The Dermatology Specialists. The Medical Biller will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to medical billing, including processing claims, managing denials, using ICD-10 codes, and working with insurance providers. This is an on-site role located in Queens, NY.
Qualifications
Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 codes, and insurance practices
Experience with processing insurance claims and managing denials
Familiarity with Medicare and other insurance programs
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a medical billing role is preferred
