Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions for healthcare applications, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and clinical decision-making.
Build and mentor a world-class engineering team with expertise in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology.

Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, with hands-on experience in algorithm development and deployment.
Experience managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Passion for leveraging technology to address real-world healthcare challenges and improve patient care.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare, such as HIPAA and GDPR, preferred.
