**Overview**
Pursuant to Section 20 C.F.R. 656.10, you are hereby notified that an application for Permanent Alien Employment Certification has been filed for the following position:
**Assistant Project Managers** for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Assist with project management of construction projects with overall direction, completion and financial outcome of commercial building, water and wastewater treatment projects. Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls project(s) in accordance with established policies. Supervises work of project administration and engineers, including construction scheduling and estimating. Reviews cost-coding of timesheets and invoices, reviews daily production reports and supervises forecasted final cost/revenue reporting. Reviews submittal of change orders and analyzes impact on project schedules. Records equipment and material deliveries. Gathers and records subcontractor log and weather conditions and makes recommendations accordingly. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors. Maintains vehicle/equipment database in online management tool. May coordinate with owners and engineers for project scheduling and issue resolution. Managing construction technology Initiatives. Technology: Project and cost management systems, Primavera, CMiC, AutoCAD, 3D modeling; HCSS.
**Responsibilities**
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or in Construction required. Required skills: 3 years w/ each: water and wastewater treatment projects; construction scheduling; estimating; project and cost management systems; education or experience must include: estimating; 3D modeling. $99,486-149,000/yr.
