PACCAR International Tax Manager primary duties include:
Job Duties:
Preparation of U.S. compliance for our foreign operations (Review and manage 5471s, 8858, 1118, etc.)
Review and analysis of the international aspects of the monthly, quarterly worldwide tax provision in compliance with ASC 740 and FIN 48
Monitor and analyze foreign tax laws, regulatory and compliance developments to determine potential impact for the company
Review, analysis and management of the U.S. foreign tax credit including Subpart F computations and earnings and profit studies
Research, analysis and planning of the tax impact of various international transactions and reorganizations
Coordination and communicating with Accounting, Legal, Treasury Department and Management on international tax matters
Primary responsibility for review and management of transfer pricing policies and documentation including implementation of compliance with OECD BEPs initiatives
Assist with foreign and domestic tax authority examinations addressing international matters as necessary
Qualifications :
3 + years of US “Outbound” international tax compliance/planning experience
5-8 years US income tax (federal, state, international) compliance/planning experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Advanced tax degree preferred
Candidate must have relevant Big 4 or equivalent combination of experience from public accounting and industry
Proficient in Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills and great attention to detail
Team player is essential
Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing
Desired Qualifications :
Pro-active, self-motivated, and comfortable with a changing environment
OneSource CS/RS International/Domestic a plus
Ability to work independently as well as within a group/Able to work with limited supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Understanding FAS1740, FIN 48 and other U.S. GAAP concepts

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
