Oracleis seeking a highly motivated individual with strong accounting skills to be part of the Executive Team as the VP of Sales & Marketing. This position will lead the sales department and manage all sales operations, including developing sales department strategies, training staff, and setting sales goals. The VP of Sales & Marketing will set strategic marketing goals, develop a marketing plan, evaluate marketing campaigns, and supervise the teams.
As an Oracle LightingVP of Sales & Marketing, you will:
Managing all sales team members and processes
Setting sales goals and quotas
Producing sales forecasts and reports
Researching the market and competitors
Training, mentoring and motivating the sales team
Building relationships with customers
Setting strategic marketing goals
Developing a marketing plan
Supervising the marketing department
Evaluating marketing campaigns
Monitoring activities from competitor’s, including recent campaigns and product releases
Establishing key performance indicators for marketing projects
Connecting with media professionals to generate publicity for the brand
Collaborating with the sales and marketing department to develop effective promotion materials
Leading the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for new sales and marketing team members

Required:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a similar area (or min 10 years’ experience)
