**Responsibilities**
**Position Summary:**
+ Plans develops organizes and implements the administrative functions and evaluates the performance to improve the efficiency of healthcare administrative services.
+ Provides analysis of budgets project proposals and trends in multiple healthcare administration areas.
+ Participates in development of administrative policies and procedures tactical plans and programs for the healthcare facility.
+ Provides effective solutions to healthcare administrative challenges.

**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
+ Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), other credentials or credential modules may be required.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience in Cardiac ICU within an acute care setting.
**Pay Range**
$69.04 - $89.19 /hour
