Join Our Team as a Logistics Coordinator – Best Cheer Stone
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
What You Bring:
Responsibilities:
Intercompany Transfer Orders : Write up and manage intercompany transfer orders.
Ensure accurate and timely receiving of intercompany transfers.
Container Receiving and Label Printing : Oversee the receiving process of containers.
Print and apply labels for received goods, ensuring proper identification and tracking.
Amazon FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) : Manage the receiving process for Amazon FBM orders.
Print and apply labels for Amazon FBM shipments.
Coordinate with Amazon for any issues related to receiving and labeling.
Outward Parcel Shipping : Handle packing and labeling for outward parcel shipments.
Ensure shipments are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
Shipping Office Customer Service : Print order paperwork and manage documentation for shipments.
Assist customers with shipping inquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service.
General and Other Duties : Perform various other logistics and administrative tasks as required.
Support the logistics team with additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills:
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in writing up orders, receiving shipments, and printing labels.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills for assisting customers and coordinating with team members.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with logistics software and tools for order management, receiving, and label printing.
Customer Service : Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries and provide support in the shipping office.
Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues related to receiving, shipping, and order processing.
Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
