Summary
The Sr. Project Manager is expected to lead all aspects of large-scale and highly complex technology projects in Identity governance, including project planning, execution, schedule, functionality, deliverable quality, communication, and finance. Implements projects from initiation through implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in managing security-related projects, including exposure to various methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties, with the capability to present complex information and recommendations concisely and meaningfully to diverse audiences.
Experience leading IGA and/or PAM projects for large organizations.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
What You Will Be Accountable For
Leads project team in the development and implementation of detailed work/task plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Drives communications, status reporting, management reporting and executive presentations.
Documents, tracks and facilitates resolution, mitigation and appropriate escalation of action items, scope changes, risks and issues to senior leadership.
Gathers and analyzes data to identify trends that support visibility to potential issues and inconsistencies; anticipates and identifies issues inhibiting successful program / project delivery.
Achieve project goals and timeline in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, matrixed team environment and skilled at change leadership.
What Qualifications You Need
6-10 years of project management experience with 5+ years of specialty in security related project management, including exposure to Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
Strong critical thinking to proactively identify/mitigate risk and minimize issue occurrence for successful project delivery and business analysis.
Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the company as well as external parties; streamlines partner communications; concisely presents complex information/recommendations in terms meaningful to various audiences.
Advanced problem-solving skills Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and work well independently and within a team environment.
Ability to manage through conflict. Advanced organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Have a strong passion for retail; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading IGA and/or PAM projects for large organizations preferred.
