We are looking for an experience Service Technician with HVAC experience who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community to include general maintenance and repairs, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems, general grounds/curb appeal management, and “make ready” renovations.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the completion of service requests in 24 hours or per community policy.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
  • Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
  • Assist with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies; exercising safety if needed to assist with moving heavy items, such as furniture/appliances, and unloading/storing supplies.

Here Is What You’ll Have

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 year of general maintenance with experience in construction, plumbing, electrical preferred.
  • HVAC certification required.
  • Excellent customer relations experience.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, or on-call when necessary.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform essential job functions, including resident communication, documentation, and policy compliance.
  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions (required).
