With a focus on innovation, client experience, and operational excellence, SLT has established itself as a leader in the fitness industry. As Director of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in our continued success, responsible for strategy ideation, execution, and management of internal and external communications, brand positioning, public relations, website, mobile app, and client longevity and experience. Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement innovative marketing objectives and strategies focused on driving occupancy, new client growth, and retention; build strategic campaigns versus promotional strategy.

Own the Brand - inspire visual representation of the brand that engages clients and prospects.

Optimize and maintain the SLT website, including continuously updating content.

Analyze data and results of marketing initiatives to inform the evolution of programs, strategies, and initiatives.

Use data to draw conclusions, insights, and key learnings to influence best practices.

Develop, mentor, and manage Marketing Team Direct Report(s) through delegation and empowerment

Determine in-studio brand standards and maintain adherence in partnership with studio teams.

Make recommendations and get approval for NSO marketing campaigns; establish timelines and follow through to Grand Opening.

Direct the Graphic Designer - determine design needs and ROI by campaign; design creative and manage production.

Assist in the development of marketing policies and procedures for studios.

Project lead via a shared Marketing Planning Calendar to ensure cross-functional participation of operations, new studio development, and T&D with studios.

Manage the curated class program in all studios.

Work with and manage 3rd party vendors such as outside PR agencies, graphic designers, digital marketing vendors, etc.

Manage donation strategy; approve and deliver gift certificates, curated classes, etc.

Develop relationships and manage all aspects of influencers and celebrities.

Manage social media, Yelp, Google, etc.

Train new instructors on social media expectations; share best practices.

Manage SLT Digital platforms - App, website, online customer reviews, etc.

Partner on retail design and curation, visual merchandising direction, signage, and brand protection.

Manage corporate partnerships and SLT employee discounts; facilitate discounts for our partnerships as well.

Develop and manage the SLT Ambassador program.

Model the way; live the SLT core values and culture.

Qualifications: BS/BA required.

Experience developing brand positioning, advertising campaigns, and marketing programs is ideal.

Ability to set performance goals, KPIs, analyze metrics, and deliver results.

Outstanding strategic thinking skills with a balance of analytical and creative capabilities.

Strong interpersonal, influence, and presentation skills.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A self-starter who is highly organized, highly accountable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun, teamwork-oriented company.

Strong social media connection.

Passionate about fitness.

Work Requirements: 8-10 hour shifts depending on business needs.

Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends).

Meet with managers in person quarterly or as approved for project management needs.

Travel as required.

Maintain company credit card and submit expense reports accurately and timely.

Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
