About the Role

The Company is seeking a visionary Vice President of Regional Sales for North America to lead a dynamic team and drive the commercial growth of innovative cloud-based hospitality solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's future, with responsibilities that go beyond traditional sales management to include shaping a vision, driving strategy, and fostering exponential growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding market presence and ensuring the widespread adoption of the company's solutions.As the Vice President of Regional Sales, the chosen leader will be tasked with team management, including managing 1st line managers and experienced individual contributors, and driving better integration and alignment between revenue-related functions. Sales strategy and execution are also key components, with a focus on partnering with the North American GM to develop and execute business strategy, building senior-level relationships, and driving sales and negotiations. The role requires a data-driven approach, using insights to forecast, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities. The candidate should bring at least 10 years' of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years' managing high-performing sales teams, and a proven track record in SMB/Mid-Market sales within the SaaS industry. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to influence C-level executives and senior team members.
