The Job at a Glance

The Online Marketing Manager (Internally known as Online Ambassador of Buzz) is responsible for creating and improving the personalized Marketing experience for our digital customers. They will own the full-cycle of digital marketing campaigns and will be responsible for strategy ideation, creation, execution, reporting, and analytics. This person will work closely with subject matter experts and business unit leadership to enhance our customer’s buying journey, innovate our strategies, and grow our digital marketing business!

A Typical Day

Develop full-cycle integrated marketing campaigns (from idea through implementation), engage with our current digital customers, and grow our new customer base.

Review, optimize and elevate all touchpoints in the digital customer journey.

Work with others in the Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce teams (and other supporting teams) to launch campaigns and optimize end-to-end funnel conversion.

Develop and execute performance reporting of marketing initiatives, keeping priorities and deadlines in mind.

Strategize to up-sell and cross-sell products and services to new and existing customers through our e-commerce experience.

Track web visitor behavior and make design suggestions to modify website design.

Manage and improve our customer loyalty program, email promotions, and the partstown.com website content.

Develop lifecycle marketing initiatives including email, social and offline tactics.

Proactively research technology and industry trends, make recommendations to expand our digital marketing programs and drive sales.

To Land This Opportunity

You have 3+ years of marketing experience in an e-commerce focused business (a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related fields is a bonus!)

You are self-motivated, proactive, and know how to prioritize multiple projects.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with others.

You have impeccable interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

You love to innovate and are passionate about emerging technology and industry trends.

You pay close attention to detail, as far as you’re concerned anything worth doing should be done right!

You are proficient in web-based analytics, email service provider tools, merchandise marketing tools, and content management software.

You understand how to confidently make recommendations and grow digital business through a personalized customer experience.

You’re an all-star communicator, fluent in written and verbal English.

Extra Awesome (but not required)

Expertise in Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Knowledge of A/B or CRO testing strategies.

Experience with recommendations, merchandising, and/or personalization initiatives.
