Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various interventional pain management techniques
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes
Educate patients and their families on effective pain management strategies and self-care techniques
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine
Completion of a Pain Fellowship program
Anesthesia or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) background are welcome to apply
New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Must possess active medical licenses in Illinois
