**Summary of Responsibilities**
+ Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
+ Picking and filling orders from stock,
+ Packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock
+ Cable Maintenance.
+ Creation kits in preparation for roll-outs
+ Creating boxes and ensuring they are always prepped and ready to go
+ Discard used packing materials in a timely manner.
+ Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
+ Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
+ Must be able to use pallet jack and lift up to 40 pounds.
+ Ability to work overtime as required based on business needs
+ Other duties as required and assigned
**Position Qualifications **
+ Must be highly organized and compliance driven.
+ Requires understanding of IT tools, names and acronyms.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which changes to meet client or business needs.
+ Follow and enforce corporate policies and procedures maintaining and enforcing the highest standards of security as set out by the corporation.
+ Self-motivated individual capable of quickly adapting to change and shifting focus towards new goals. Demonstrates ability to manage time in an efficient manner and drive positive culture changes.
+ Must be able to use pallet jack and lift up to 40 pounds.
+ Ability to work overtime as required based on business needs
**Work Experience**
+ 2+ years working within a warehouse environment
**Education **
+ HS Diploma
Salary Range
The base pay range for this position is up to $18.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
