Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our fitness and health clients. This person is responsible for the Company's monthly billings, product and equipment invoicing and cash application processes. The functions and duties assigned will be instrumental in ensuring that data is entered into the general ledger timely and reconciled to underlying details. This must all be accomplished efficiently and accurately with attention to detail. The AR specialist will complete the invoice process and cash application process for receipts of products and equipment. They will reconcile subledgers to general ledgers monthly and prepare weekly accounts receivable aging.

Skills and Requirements
-3-5 years of experience in an accounts receivable function
-2 years of experience with billing, cash application, and collections
-Proficient with data entry
-Bachelors degree in accounting or finance - Experience with Sage X3 ERP system null
