Knowledge of SalesforceLightning Experience will be good
Familiarity with Salesforcedata management tools, such as Data Loader or Workbench.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withstakeho lders at all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail andcommitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and projectssimultaneously.
ExperienceRequired
BachelorsDegree in STEM along with 3 years of IT Experience with working exp onSalesforce
Roles& Responsibilities
1.Serve as the primary point ofcontact for all Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests from usersacross the organization.
2.Collaborate with stakeholders togather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Salesforcesolutions that meet the organization's needs.
3.Configure and customize Salesforcefeatures and functionalities, including user management, security settings,data management, workflows, process automation, and reporting.
4.Design and implement customobjects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to supportbusiness processes and ensure data integrity.
5.Develop and maintain customreports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insightful analytics andperformance metrics to stakeholders.
6.Manage data imports, exports, anddata cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date informationwithin Salesforce.
7.Stay updated with Salesforcereleases, new features, and best practices, ensuring the platform isoptimized and aligned with the latest industry standards.
8.Conduct user training sessions andprovide ongoing support to users, addressing any Salesforce-related queriesor issues.
9.Collaborate with developers andother cross-functional teams to implement customizations and integrationswith other systems.
10.Monitor system performance,troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system functionalityand user experience.
11.Maintain documentation of Salesforceconfigurations, processes, and workflows
