IST Management is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team at IST Management Services in Century City, CA! Responsibilities
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for handling the daily operations and reporting for the location.
Reception - Switchboard and voice-mail forwarding, greet guests, validate parking, etc.
Hospitality - Ensure site common areas are well-stocked and maintained, check conference rooms and reset after meetings, etc.
Supply Management - Take inventory and maintain established par levels throughout office
Reporting - Handle monthly reporting and additional reports as requested
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Lifting up to 55 pounds
