Job Description:

We are a multi-disciplined Research, Design, and Development team that has an established seat at the R&D table. We have a voice and it helps shape the direction of our division.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Research/Interaction Designer you will contribute to and participate in the following:
Design Thinking Workshops
Usability Studies
Common Metrics tracking
Customer Engagement
Agile planning and prioritization
Features and Improvements derived from customer feedback
Innovative pattern development

Candidate Requirements
A degree or experience in HCI, Cognitive Research, UX Design or other related field.
Bachelor's + 12+ years of experience is required
Experience or training in Design Thinking and Usability Studies a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly
Ability to work autonomously
Experience with Enterprise Software UX a plus
Mainframe experience a plus

Compensation And Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
