The Electrical Design Engineer will be a leader in the company who will drive project management and design. He/she will play a critical role in ensuring our work is of the highest quality, and deliverables are met even during stringent, often inflexible conditions. As a member of this fast-paced and highly motivated team, you will use your creativity and diverse range of engineering training to explore solutions to a variety of electrical system problems. The Electrical Engineer will participate in the production, design, and construction phases of the project on a diverse range of building types. The candidate will work cross-functionally with other disciplines and multiple project teams. If you get excited about problem-solving and innovative thinking, then H2Engineering is for you.
This position is a remote work position that requires the candidate reside in the North Florida
region.

Required Skills:
4-8 years experience designing and developing projects from concept to completion
Design experience in power and lighting systems for institutional, correctional, educational, medical, and/or public safety projects to include preparing construction documents, engineering reports, and conducting field investigations
Experience in designing projects over $5 million construction cost
Must be able to prepare deliverables including calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications
Detailed knowledge of general building construction and electrical systems is essential
Excellent analytical and technical skills needed
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills required
Pursuing P.E. license in Florida
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
