A prestigious Cosmetic Surgery Office with a superb five-star rating is looking for an exceptional Office Coordinator to provide patients with the highest quality of care. The Coordinator will meet and greet visitors, answer phones, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain calendars, keep the office organized and stocked, and assisting the team when needed. Responsibilities Include:
Answer phones, schedule appointments
Interfacing and greeting clients and guests
Maintain patient charts and records
Medical and office supply ordering
Keep the office clean and organized
Maintain office calendars and schedules
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience
An undergraduate degree (preferred)
Interest in beauty, aesthetics and the medical field a plus
Strong Microsoft Word skills
Excellent verbal communication
Good telephone communication etiquette
Organized and resourceful
Customer-focused
Active listener
Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
Ability to handle office equipment
Fast and eager learner
Working Conditions, Salary and Benefits
Salary for this position is $50-52k annually
Benefits include: Health insurance, retirement plan contributions after eligibility requirements are met
