Job Description

The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan-o-grams* Ensure brand, package and promotional goals are reflected in store sets* Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity* Sell-in incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs* Support sales team with trade execution including placing racks and other incremental equipment, updating and maintaining proper POS elements and ensuring accounts meet Look of Success (LOS) standards* Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times* Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality and safety* Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor including but not limited to new business solicitation

Job Requirements

* High school diploma, GED or equivalent required* 1-3 years of general work experience required* Previous beverage industry and/or customer service experience preferred* Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred* Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach* Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time* Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance* Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination* Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print* Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis* Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
